BCOBS and money advice service
St. James's Place Bank is subject to the Banking Conduct of Business Sourcebook (BCOBS) which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This is a banking conduct regime and replaces the non lending aspects of the Banking Code.
